Returns

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, it’s easy to return it. Just reach out to our awesome customer service team, and tell them your order number. They’ll provide you with our return address and you can post your parcel back to BRF HQ.

Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of your return postage. We do recommend using a tracked service as we can't accept responsibility for returns until they have been received by BRF HQ. 

We’ll process your refund as soon as we receive your return. Please note that depending on your bank, the refund can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. 

Our 60-day money back guarantee covers every order on the BRF range. If you need to use it, send us any unused Battle Ready Fuel product (in its original packaging) within 67 days of receiving your order. We'll give you a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. Please email support@battlereadyfuel.com before returning the unused items.
