HOW TO TAKE IT
Supergreens: Mix a 5g sachet of Supergreens with water and sip.
Clear Military Whey: Add 2 scoops (25g) to 300-400ml of water in a shaker bottle. Shake well and serve - we recommend using a shaker bottle instead of stirring to help the powder dissolve and give you the smoothest drink.
